I've posted before about the Whitestone Note 9 screen protectors and they all exhibit spider cracking towards the edges. In most applications it happens within a few days. I've installed 6 on my note 9 and have claimed warranty on each. So far Whitestone will just say it's an installation issue...

Thank you. I also have used the cure light longer and around all the edges. I use the Samsung Ribbed Case and it doesn't touch the edges at all. I think it's still early and would be interested to see how it holds up in the next several weeks. I don't have any lifting just appears the glue...

This has happened to me with 3 of them on the Note 9. They last about 3 weeks and then this happens on the edges. They know they have an issue but haven't admitted it.

I escalated this issue again and here's the response I got back from Verizon: "Our investigation determined the Verizon network is working properly and providing the expected service, but there’s a device related issue."

I've got the same issue and it's not every application. I've checked thr app and permissions as well as better and background usage. Doesn't change.

This happened to me as well and exactly as pictured after almost 4 weeks of being installed. I installed the 2nd one and sent warranty request to Whitestone.

Thank you. This is happening on any AT&T wireless number I call. I've had two in Pennsylvania and one in Florida and one in Atlanta. It's only the Note 9 that this has happened with. The S9+ worked fine.

Is anyone else having issues where the video option is not sowing on your Note 9? I've called Verizon and hey say it's set up correctly. If I recall on my S9+ it showed enabled and next to each contact it showed a Video icon.
