Just so you know, i did not unscrew anything. I just took the back battery cover off and folded a piece of paper enough so that when i put the cover back on it pushes down on the motherboard.

I tried what bishopx26 suggested and for the past 24 hours the phone has been working fine. Just fold a small strip of paper like he says, take the cover off and stick it between the laser and the camera and close the cover so it presses down on it. Not really sure how this fixes it... I bought...

Well I have two batteries, both came from LG and it happens on them both. I can't say if it happens more on one or the other though. I've held off on replacing the screen now, since it looks like it will have no affect.

They are giving you a new LG G3? Maybe I should go there myself...

So weird thing and probably wishful thinking. I installed Clean Master and cleared up the system cache and all caches for all the apps. Also deleted a bunch of files so that I have more space on the phone (I had reached ~1GB of free space only). So far today I haven't had any issues. Which is...

Any updates on this? Did anyone actually manage to get their phone fixed? I just got myself a RA# but I'm waiting on getting a new phone before I send it in so I'm not phoneless. Did anyone have to pay for their repair costs? or Pay for a refurbished phone?

That is just ridiculous! I'm not sure what I want to do next.

Did you just request a repair from the website? Also what is a good way to backup everything before I send it in, and also a good way to remove everything on the phone before I send it in.

What is an RA? Could you update on how much LG says it will cost to repair it? Thanks!

Same issue started occurring this week. ATT G3, talked to LG they said I was out of warranty (by barely a month) - ATT said the same thing. I believe I have extended warranty through the credit card so I will speak to them on how I can claim that. However, it seems like even with LG trying to...
