When you dropped it off to mail it, they weigh it... This should be proof enough that at least something was in the package when it was mailed. Did you get a receipt for the package? If not then the tracking number should show what the weight of the package was...

I purchased the S21 unlocked from Samsung today and they are giving me $700 to trade in my S20. That's a pretty crazy deal... Yes I know to take photos and a video of the S20 before I send it back as part of the trade in but if all goes well. this is a killer deal! Looking forward to getting...

I sent back a Pixel 4 today. Took a bunch of photos before sending it back just in case... They are giving me $600 (so they say) for it. It's a Pixel 4, non XL and the 64GB version. I am skeptical so we will see how it plays out. Phone was in brand new condition so I hope there are no issues...

I hated the sensor on the 10 but it was fantastic on the 10e (in the power button)... I also loved the sensor in the power button on the Xperia X1C.... The sensor on the S20 is okay I guess but I am still trying to get it to work consistently...

I personally think the phones are $200 overpriced, They should be $800, $1000 and $1200 but that's just me. I also think there is some truth to the virus taking it's toll on sales as Apple and Microsoft have also said it's impacting their sales.. I would not call the S20 a flop. I think Samsung...

Exactly. Maybe he/she lives in an economically depressed area or in an area when iPhone's are the fashion statement of the day ect... You, nor I, know why his/her Best Buy was barren of S20 shoppers. But it's really not important. The OP simply posted their opinion / observation.

I was in Best Buy today to see if my Clipmate Spring Clip Holster from the S10 would work on the S20 and to play around with the S20 some more.. I dig it... And yes, the clip holster for the S10 fits almost perfectly with the S20...

My opinion is that as phone prices increase more and more people will hold off upgrading until they have to. The days of people upgrading every year are probably over as phone prices increase. The top dog S20 is what, $1400? That's a lot of bread and people won't be upgrading yearly at those...

Maybe in his/her part of the world the S20 is not selling well for whatever reason. I don't know either way if it's selling like hotcakes or not but the OP is entitled to their opinion. If you don;t like their opinion then just breeze on past the thread / post.... No reason to insult others...
