Great that's good to hear. I am hoping nobody says 'everything was good except X and it makes it regretable'. Not that it matters now since I won't likely be going through the effort to return it if there was something or thinnga that made me dislike it. Appreciate the feedback!

Well it hasn't been an app, but I will wake up my phone and get notifications from various apps stating something to the effect of "blank app needs location data to function properly or whatever" and then I check and the actual location service has been checked off and I have to turn it back on...

I have been checking since and it says I'm up to date. I may pull my Verizon Sim from the phone and try Wi-Fi only or put my T-Mobile Sim in and see what happens. I'll post results when I have a chance to try.
