I had this happen and found one of my volume buttons on the side was stuck pushed in. Once I got that resolved another restart and it was back to good.

I use my GS3 for work and need to tag photos of THINGS not PEOPLE. I can only find face tagging as an option. I can turn it on and off, but cannot figure out how to add keyword tags to pictures. Has anyone else had this issue or come across a solution to this hurdle.:mad:
