UPDATE: I had given up on removing the case. Figured I would deal with it when I had to. Well I had to. I dropped my phone and broke the hinge on the case. The phone itself is fine. The case did its duty. The break was on the front half of the case, the half with the outer screen...

This case doesn't have any adhesive strips. It just fits very tightly. I have pretty much given up on removing the case, at least for now. The next time I try it I am going to take it in to one of Samsung's repair places and have them remove it. Thanks to all for trying to help.

When I first received my Flip 7 I bought a case for protection. I knew it would be a temporary case until I found something I really liked. Well I ordered a new case and now I can't get the old one off!! It is on there so tight! I am afraid I will break the phone trying to remove it...

I am also very satisfied with my Flip 6. No problems with the screen or crease at all. I don't even realize that there is a crease! I have had the Flip 3, 4, 5, and now the 6 and it only gets better and better. I won't go back to a bar phone if I can help it.

I know this doesn't help you. But all I had to do after getting my Flip 6 was to unpair the Flip 5 on my car screen and then pair the new phone.

The two apps are Clean Music and Silent Mode. I don't think Clean Music is available anymore but I have the apk for it. And that's one I really would like to see work.

I have two favorite and useful apps that didn't transfer over to my new Flip 6 from my Flip 5. When I try to download them from the Play Store they download but won't install because "my device is not compatible". Now these ran perfectly fine on my Flip 5. Why can't I install them...

I finally received confirmation that my trade-in was accepted. It took eight days from when I sent it in.

I received acknowledgment that they received my trade-in yesterday (Sat). The email said it could take up to 2 weeks to be accepted or rejected. I don't remember it ever taking that long before.

Samsung received my trade-in on Thursday. I have yet to hear anything and today is Saturday.

I have never felt the need for a screen protector on the inside screen of all of my Flip phones. Like the other user I felt it was protected enough by just having it closed. And also the fact that they come with their own screen protector. I have never had a problem with my inside main...

I had difficulty inserting the SIM card into the tray as well. Finally it snapped in.
