Re: Text message notification insight? Interesting, with my Note 3, I had the same thing happening (generic "Messages" notification on lock screen and notification bar), went into the settings and "Preview Message" was already unchecked...I checked it and now it works like it should

Worked fine, but the pictures still were super blurry during calls, even with "Use High Resolution Picture" checked. Hmmm

Just the default widget, I didn't touch the settings at all.

Tesla LED actually works for me, but there's probably 3 seconds between the time you tap the widget and when the lights actually come on...

It has worked inconsistently for me throughout the morning, I just sent a test email from a desktop and nothing on the Dx.

I am waiting until later this week and will compare both side by side in the store. I'm really curious to learn the real deal with the bing/google stuff on the Fascinate.

I'm pretty sure any device running Android 2.1 or higher has the pinch to zoom browser, I know my ally sure does! I get about 14 hours of moderate usage on my ally, not terrific, but not awful either.

Android truly is a more computer like experience in my opinion...and the I agree the Ally has the best keyboard out there, which is exactly why I still have it even after buying a Droid X and 2.

My story: I really like my Ally. I started with the Droid (fell in love with Android OS, hated the form factor and keyboard), then the Eris (LOVED the form factor and Sense UI, but missed the physical QWERTY), so I paid full retail for the Ally, and have been very pleased. I have since bought...

I'm excited about the X10 Mini Pro myself...

Since the update (I received the normal OTA, no leaks or anything), my red "end" button no longer locks the phone like it did before the update...kind of a pain to have a touch screen that doesnt lock when I put it away. Anyone else experience this? Rob
