Mine bricked about 3 weeks ago. Its replacement from AT&T was sent within 1-2 days. The replacement unit had a bad sim slot. The 2nd replacement worked fine. I got a new back out of the transaction. Always have a decent back up phone, in my case a Moto G3 served admirably for the two weeks or so...

Pretty sure those are customer configurable function buttons for features such as bar code scanning, RFID etc. The industrial device makers often include these for purpose built devices.

I fixed it. I went into app settings and cleared the cache and removed removed all updates. It is now working again Posted via the Android Central App
