The update is for kitkat. If your WiFi was interrupted during the update, this will cause any of your described issues. Make sure WiFi is operational, and proceed. You may have to do a reboot, or battery drop if this was the case. Posted via the Android Central App

Purchased the phone through AT&T, then switched to Straight Talk. Receiving messages from AT&T to do required update, but I'm on Straight talk. Is it safe to proceed, or should I be worried about apn settings and restrictions? Posted via the Android Central App

Wow, I've same problem. I'm almost certain it has something to do with our wifi connection -- too weak, or not constant. I never used wifi calling, because, I always ended up w/the problem we're experiencing. I've looked for the feature to disconnect it, but haven't located it as of yet. I...
