Today, I thought everyone I texted was ignoring me, and then, about half an hour ago, I got literally eight texts all at once. This has never happened before. I've been using data throughout the day though. Does anyone know if this is a phone problem or maybe caused by spotty signal?

Gainesville FL, having speeds of 1.5mbps at home.

Every time I try to do a test through the Speedtest app, it goes through the ping and download just fine, and then it gets to the upload and it stops and says "Network communication issues". Does anyone know why this is happening and if it has any greater implications?
