Problem updating to Lollipop I unrooted and factory re-set the phone. Two different root checkers say I am not rooted. However, I get a message that I cannot update because a root is detected!!! Have tried 3 times now. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!! LG-D850 D85010f on AT&T
