Was approved almost instantly for the Samsung $150 promotion, but when i received the email to check my status it says delivered in 6-8 weeks. That's pretty ridiculous if that's the case. Those who pre-ordered with Samsung got instant credit. Was hoping to order some goods, but apparently carrier pre-orders are getting screwed unless I'm missing something...View attachment 307583

Yes, I did it today. I bought my phone through Best Buy.

Doesn't matter where you pre ordered, all orders are eligible for the pre order gift just like every Samsung launch. Go to shop Samsung app and you should be able to claim the pre order gift from there.

There is at least a two week wait, since the return window has to be done first. Six to eight is stock response and will probably be the same timing response we get when we use it! That's a lot more waiting!

you can check your status at samsungs website to see if its been shipped. I looked a bit ago and saw there is already a tracking number available.

it should take weeks I mean it's only an gift card to email let Samsung pre orders got there credit right then and there also my friends who got theres at best buy got there's in the forum of an best buy gift card

If I understand correctly , the one time use voucher comes on day 15 after you receive your Note10
that is for ppl who ordered directly from Sammy. Others have a little different program and may have to wait longer

Yes plus they have to make sure that phone was actually purchased from the provider too!

This may be a stupid question.....i just registered my pre order and it says my "gifts" will be arriving soon....dont i get to pick out what i want? I thought you get a $150 credit to the samsung store.

digital coupon codes should be sent within just a couple of days of the approval. I got my $150 approval around the 22nd, got the coupon code maybe 2 to 3 days later, at the most.

At least you guys are not stuck in limbo... It's been almost 48 hours and I haven't been approved yet. My husband's went through the next day. I don't know why mine is being delayed.

Then you need to contact Samsung. You should of gotten at least Approved by now so something is wrong.

I got approved immediately. Just no code. Some are saying they got approved immediately, some are waiting 48 plus hours, some received the code in 48 hours, etc... That's what I mean by no rhyme or reason.
