You can get the apk over at XDA. If you upgraded to HC it's easy to install and works well. As mentioned, it's difficult to change pen color, line thickness and such. It's really for taking notes, not for drawing like the HTC Notes app. But the handwriting recognition seems to work on my messy...

I think most car chargers won't deliver the current required for a fast charge. Any charger with a standard microUSB plug will only give a slow charge.

WhatsApp won't run on a tablet. It needs a phone number. For the iOS, someone wrote a program that enables its use on the iPad, perhaps someone will do this for Android.

The internal clock is adjusted in the settings app. View all apps and choose Settings, then Date and Time. Set you time zone here and it will update the internal clock. The Sense clocks can be set up either to be specific for a time zone, or current--which automatically adjusts to the time...
