    Open/Currently Running Apps Layout

Hey, 48 hours in and loving the Pixel XL. One grief point though is the way running apps are displayed. Is there a way to change it to a tile grid instead of scrolling through layered pages? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Good Deal from Carrier to Upgrade - Worth it? or Wait?

I ended up grabbing the Pixel XL this afternoon. For $0 and no change to my plan it was kind of a no brainer. I usually use my phones for the full terms regardless these days. So far it looks good. Just familiarizing myself with it. Cheers.

Good Deal from Carrier to Upgrade - Worth it? or Wait?

Hello, I've been using an HTC M9 for almost 3 years that is on it's death bed, maybe 4-6 months left to live before I throw it out of a window in frustration. My carrier is offering the Pixel (32gb or 128gb) or Pixel XL (32gb) for $0 with $0 connection fee on a 2 year plan. Basically I could...

How do i get my money back?

Ditch the sync manager and drag and drop? Seems like the solution to your earth shattering disaster of a scenario. Posted via the Android Central App

    Vibration and Ring

Hello, Coming from a BlackBerry Z10 to the M9 I am missing a few features that the BlackBerry had. One in particular is the option to be in vibrate mode for all apps but phone calls will vibrate and have a tone. Does anyone know how to achieve this either through settings or an app...

    Bye Bye M9

After almost 2 weeks with it I've had solid battery life for how I use it. Usually getting 15-16 hours life which is coming home from work with 30-50% remaining. Much better than my old phone. Posted via the Android Central App

    Share Battery Life Results

Day 1: Battery didn't last long, was burning through 5% every 10 minutes. That had me really worried about how it would be. I was also heavy on my usage as it was new and I was setting everything up. Day 2: Took it off the charger at 11:00am went through my day as normal, went to work at 4pm...

    What case are you getting?

I ordered a Spigen Neo Hybrid with metalized buttons off Amazon. Was $22.99, should be here by Tuesday, hoping the M9 is in stock by then here in Toronto. Posted via Android Central App

Any Canadians Grabbing The M9 This Weekend?

I went to my local Rogers, no stock. Got them to call nearest locations, also no stock. Not much of a Canadian launch happening. Lol. Posted via Android Central App

Any Canadians Grabbing The M9 This Weekend?

With all carriers except Wind Mobile expected to have the device starting Friday April 17th, who is going to be picking one up this weekend? Rogers has been very lackluster with information, the phone never hit the reservation system and still isn't shown on the website as "coming soon" unlike...

    Can't wait for the M10

I have to agree that buying a phone based solely on a camera is dumb. I get that we use it a bit with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and capturing some memories but overall it's probably only 10-15% of the overall usage of a phone. If your camera usage is higher, it's time to invest in your...

    Positive experience with the M9

What I like about your summary is that you are realistic. Most reviews are taking the fact that it is not a huge upgrade and just allowing that to be the main tone of the review. It's nice to hear someone acknowledge the flaws but also give a real user experience. Posted via Android Central App

Am I the only one who loves the power button?

I'm used to 3 buttons on the right side (using a BlackBerry Z10). While the one in between the volume up and down isn't a power button, it has always been easy to navigate. I doubt I'd have issue with a side power button. Posted via Android Central App
