What case are you getting?

I was hoping to try the surface with kickstand too. I won this Active for my M8 now called Dilex but it wasn't the sameas this old Active I used to use for my EVO. But I want a kickstand case and was just saying for my one good case this time I'm going Seidio instead of the Otterbox Commuter cause I want a kickstand but the color I want isn't out yet. I got my Pink dot view today it was 25 on Amazon it's pretty cool but doesn't cover the whole phone good. Hopefully Seidio will have a 15 or 20% off coupon soon.

I prefer the Seidio Surface case w/ a kickstand but according to their customer service, they will not be releasing one for the M9, only the Dilex. I'm bummed because both my case and screen protector won't be made for the M9. I'll give the Dilex a try though.

I am hoping for a coupon as well. In the meantime I just picked up a cheap clear case from Bestbuy. Three of my go-to products for my phones aren't being made for the M9. I am assuming that the bad reviews that the M9 received initially is the cause for this. Bummer. It's a great phone IMO.

I got my Cruzerlite bugdroid case today. I love it and hate it. It's a tight fit, but still looser than other Cruzerlites I've had in the past. Also the power and volume keys are cut out. I think I prefer my cheap clear lightning knight case instead. The cut outs are quite as exactly, but the power and volume keys are covered which makes them easier to press.

I ordered a Spigen Neo Hybrid with metalized buttons off Amazon. Was $22.99, should be here by Tuesday, hoping the M9 is in stock by then here in Toronto.

I just put on the Tech21 Evo Check. Feels good...but the side edges pull away too easy. I might be going without a case as well.

I have a Tech21 case for my iPhone 6. I liked the look and feel of it, but it fits a little loosely, and I worried about the case itself scratching my phone. I rarely if ever drop my phones, so the only real reason I use cases is for scratch protection.

I ended up with a cheap case from Best Buy also it's the insignia soft shell case it was $15 but I like it. My Dot View is pretty cool too especially when it's darker out, I would like to see the Otterbox Commuter in person though.

Rose! I was just coming to post. I too am enjoying my Insignia, I love that it is clear but missing my kickstand. I found a clear one with a kickstand New S-Line Slim TPU Case With Kick-Stand for HTC One M8 / HTC One M9 on ebay for 3.99 + 1.99 shipping - It's coming from China so i'll be waiting for a few weeks but interested to give it a try. I may forget about Seidio all together. I also tried my old moshi protector from the M8 and it fits good enough. I'm a happy camper today :)

I'm considering the Dotview. I need to see one in person to get a better idea.

I ordered a kickstand one from Amazon for like $2.59 plus shipping it's awful I hate it but for the money it's not worth me sending it back. I like having a kickstand. But before I got my Insignia I had ordered this wallet case off Amazon 1st which hadn't come yet but when it came I liked it too cause you can make your phone stand and it hold a couple credit cards so I was using it also until I got my Dot View. But the Dot View doesn't cover the whole phone but it's cool. I like the one your getting from ebay. I may have to try it also.

Seidio has a 20% off just got the email. SPRING20. But I think the one I wanted they didn't have the Violet it's called in stock yet. It says under development. But I had the Dilex Pro for my M8 I won it in a contest it was gold and I didn't care for it like this old Active case I had for my EVO's. I did drop my M8 once and the case the gold part on top chipped a little bit. I wish the otterbox commuter had a kickstand.

I purchased the Otterbox Defender case because I work outside and I don't want to damage the phone if it falls.

My husband uses OtterBox defender. His favorite used to be the Seidio convert it was like the defender and it had a holster but when we got our M7s the sprint rep gave us each a free case and he's had the defender case the past few times. OtterBox is always out before Seidio now.

I have the Seidio Surface on my DNA and really liked it. Should I hold out for the Surface (wish I knew when they will release it) or get one of the Spigen's? I was looking at the Strong Flex or Exact Fit.

So finally got around today, since it was not busy, to trying out the line up of cases I had available. Will say I really enjoyed how the Otterbox Defender felt but I think they always do a decent job. Spigen line was OK but I right now ended with UAG Ash case it hits a few solid points that I would like to encourage people to look for in any case that is trying to protect. 1. Bumpers or small pieces to stop the case from getting more wear than needed when set down on a surface. 2. Actual rated military drop protection 3. Non-slip grip this case is reasonably slim and feels AMAZING. Though I do have a few other cases I will be trying over the next month like the HTC dot view ice / dot view 2. Also can not say enough about getting tempered glass screen cover I see them save so many could of been accidents!

We got the Zagg glass screen protector when we got our M8s I had 20% off coupon for my birthday from Best Buy. I loved it and got the exact same one for us for this phone. They put mine on my husband's is still in the bag he's got the defender one on for now. I kind of wishes I had gotten the dot view ice. I'm still considering the OtterBox commuter.

Here is the case I picked up:
