Re: S Voice Wake up while screen is off impossible??? The S3 has the same problem. Says it is able to be woken up with S voice when the screen is off but I've never been able to get that to work.... even prior to the 4.3 update. Still have to turn the screen on then use my command to unlock it.

I watched a YouTube video trying to find out the same thing but when this guy went into settings and then status, his s3 actually listed it as "serial number". How come some phones do, but others list it in the phone with a different name? Is it dependent on the carrier or something?
