I don't think these phones have an actual serial number. People may be going by the International Mobile station Equipment Identity (IMEI.) I'm curious about this now because I have a LS991 that I purchased last July. Posted with LG G4 via the Android Central App

My software doesn't even detect my phone. I read that it may be because I have nothing but USB 3 ports. When I install the LG Bridge software, it updates the system drivers for both my phone and the software. It didn't detect my phone so I downloaded the latest driver update and ran it manually...
