Car sound system is disrupted every time my phone phone recieves any email or messages, how can I stop this?

car sound system is disrupted every time my phone phone recieves any email or messages

...none of my other phones did that...about 15 second silence(music stops)until message is received,then music resumes,on both radio or CD...is there a setting to stop that interruption ?

I've had an issue like that before. The length of the audio file being used is probably longer than the sound effect that was recorded, so it's playing dead air afterwards. I would recommend trying a different sound effect to see if that's the case.
