I'm just curious how many people out there like myself have 4G in their area but choose not to use it. Don't get me wrong, the 4G speeds are nice but for me the additional battery drain is not worth it.

Berrybuzz was hands down the best app for BB. IN fact, I'm surprised BB didn't just implement those features in to their OS. I would love to gain that functionality on my EVO but the LED is so small, I'm not sure I'd even notice.

I think that the update that came out around the beginning of July hindered 4G connectivity. When I tried the EVO when 4G first launched, I could get 4G in my area. Now I can't. Hell, I couldn't even get a 4G connection when I was in downtown St. Louis.

I've had the same POP account for 8 years so it's a bit hard to fully switch over. I also have a gmail account, and I have my POP account integrated, but it just seemed to take a while to get my emails.

Now that i think about it, I was trying to use GM on my GF's Pre a few days ago and was having problems. I wonder if it's an issue with Google.

I've been using google maps for a while now on my BB and lately it has been very slow and sometimes the map doesn't load at all. interesting that people are having the same issue on a different phone.
