That is good to know. I currently have the Huawei Mate 10Pro and it is a battery beast but have been thinking about getting the OP6T. I want to go back to stock android.

I own the Mate 9 and for me EMUI is meh. Not a fan, but definitely not a reason to not get this phone or the Mate 10 Pro. Strong battery life and a good camera are important and the Mate 9 is excellent in both regards. The battery is a beast. Does running Nova Prime slow things down at all?

At $499 on Amazon Prime Day, the Mate 10 Pro might be the best phone at that price. looks like the One Plus 6 will have to wait for another year.

Good point. The Mate 20 does sound pretty amazing, but it will probably be pushing close to $1000. EMUI is ok, but there I do prefer a more stock version of Android. I might jump on the One Plus 6 125gb model which is a nice price point.

I'm on the fence as well. I have the Mate 9 and its been a great phone and at $549 the Mate 10 Pro is very enticing but...I'm considering going back to stock Android. Maybe the One Plus 6 or even the Nokia 7 plus (Android One).

I love my MXPE but I jumped on the Amazon Prime deal for the Mate 9 ($449). I've been interested in the Mate 9 for a while and especially for the strong battery. I'll keep my MXPE as a backup and will wait to see what the Moto X4 has to offer if the Mate disappoints.
