Hi B. Diddy, Problem solved, I had to download an app from the bank on my mobile phone and when I enter my password on the computer the bank sends an authentication code to my phone which then allows me to login on my computer. Thanks again for your help.

Hi B. Diddy, I really don't know . On my previous mobile phone I would get a "link" message from my bank which said "Yes, its me" and when I pressed the link on my phone I could log into my bank through the computer.
