I asked same question couple days ago, I was told to turn smart stay on, hasn't worked for me, I figure if I have to hold phone up so it can read my eyes, then at that point I'll just hit the finger print and open phone up.

1st time using Samsung pay, I've used it a handful of times now, has worked perfectly so far and find it very convenient.

I found the screen time out, but is there a setting to change the lock screen to stay on longer before phone goes black again?

Thanks found it, contacted Samsung pay, the person I spoke with couldn't figure it out, so he sent the case to hire ups I guess, did say they didn't work on the weekend, but I should here back by the first of the week.

I have contacted my bank and they was unable to find my to activate it, I was told that was all they could do and I would need to contact Samsung. Last time I spoke to Samsung they asked for a IMEI, which u explained what this is, when I go to settings and about phone I see several things...

Yes I have deleted and readded my card I have also powered my phone down and back up just to say I did, I have contacted Samsung and there asking for something IMEI, that I can find in settings and about phone, not sure what this is and I didn't find it anyways, I have not yet contacted bank to...

Yeah they sent a code, and I entered it, when I signed up, but still pending.

My bank finally supports Samsung pay so I decided to give it a try, after registering and entering my card I swipe up and it says activation pending, is this normal, if so how long does it take? It's been about 24 hours, and I have a s7 with Verizon. Thanks for any help

I'm using the messager app that has a + after it believe the app is red, I looked into app settings even the advanced settings and didn't find nothing to change the sound.

I went into my app settings and even look under the advanced settings and didn't find nothing to change the notification. I'm on Verizon and using the messager app with the + after it, I believe the app on the phone is red. Thanks for any help.

I'm having a problem changing my text notifications, I go to settings, notifications and change it to the sound id like, it shows that the sound I have choose, but it still makes the old sound I had before, I've never had a problem changing my sounds, seems like when I got the Nougat I haven't...
