I have four Flip phones. One purchased in August 2021 being a Flip 3 had a new screen fitted in March 2022. I am now having yet another repair for the same problem in that the screen in the area of the crease appears to be separating.

Laura Knotek Thanks for that link. I have in fact deleted the Action Block for that particular contact and then recreated it and will see if that cures the problem, although it might be just a one off problem as it has only happened today and with only that one contact.

I do not think it is signal issue as the area being used in is OK on other mobiles.

I originally made the post as I id not see as to why fluff/lint etc should make any difference.
