I'm positive I don't have any of those installed on my phone. The only battery related app is Greenity I have running. Although I can't see why it would cause this.

Well I didn't expect this. It actually doesn't pause on safe mode. If I have power saving enabled it only lags for a second before continuing. If I don't have power saving on, it doesn't stop. I knew I wasn't going crazy :P

Charging sounds are off, still pauses.

It never used to do that when I got it and updated the phone. If I had to guess it started good 3-4 months ago.

Cleared, still doesn't work. I should mention that as I'm writing this it works on the browser. Not on this one app.
