None of the rooting instructions for the Moto G GSM version work on the Verizon CDMA version....

Sorry but from my understanding the bootloader cannot be unlocked on the Verizon version therefore without an unlocked bootloader, no rooting for Verizon motto g.. BUT I may be wrong.. Search xda..

Can't do it with Verizon due to lock bootloader, you may apply that to all of their phones, except developer edition ones.
