Problem with call volume !

Guys, this is my problem. I cant hear calls (neither i can hear the noise before they pick up). I also cant hear whatsapp voice message when i put my ear in the phone. But i can listen to music, youtube videos, etc.,with speaks. Then i reboot the phone (turn off turn on), and i can hear all again until a cuple of hours and the same problem appers again. I reckon that is not a hardware issue, since every time i reboot all works perfectly for a cuple of hours.

Have any ideas? Should i try a hard reset?

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
