I have a 2017 Kia Sportage. I just bought a Moto g6 with Android6.01 but it won't connect. I've tried everything listed in one of the 3 get to know your car books but nothing works. Any words of wisdom?

Have you spoke to the dealership at all or a toll free help line? Bring it in and see if they will help you with it

No I haven't spoken to the dealership. That was my next step if I didn't get any suggestions here. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

I wish I had an answer for you but you would probably need another that has the exact made and model vehicle as you.
At least at the dealership they will normally help you set it up before you leave the lot. At least they tried to when I was leaving with my new Jeep
