Definitely good news when a prepaid subscriber has options that aren't just lower end devices. Sure this isn't top of the line but it isn't bad either.

Besides not having LTE, I have full confidence that using this device won't feel low-end based on what I've seen Motorola do with the Moto X and its specs.

That remains to be seen. I seriously doubt it since it's not an LTE device.

The DROID 2 Global wasn't a prepaid phone either. I don't think any of their prepaid phones are global phones.
