Tight Charger Port

It seems the cable and/or charger port on the phone is really tight. It seems to push in but it takes more effort than I was expecting and is mushy. I tried with a Blackberry cable and it seems better. And one else experience this?

Yeah I noticed the tightness also...Im hoping it helps the charging port stay secure and not develop a short in it the way my epic 4g touch did...

I called Moto and they are sending me another cable.

Same issue here, tried several cables and does not help. Seems more likely too break because it is so difficult to connect or disconnect

The charger I got with the phone was very tight in the port. My verizon car charger is not super tight, but fits well.

Yep, the white USB that came with it is SUPER tight. (I thought it was upside down at first and I had forced it the wrong way)

I switched to my old black micro USB and it fits fine.

I am not certain why the new one is so tight. It is even tight when I tried it in my wife's old Bionic.
