Moto X - Voicemail audio quality

Hi guys,

Had my phone for 2 weeks and loving it so far. I'm on AT&T and call quality has been good/OK so far. Audio playback through the speakers is good as well. The only questionable aspect is voicemail playback quality. It kind of sounds scratchy and consistently lightly distorted. Has anybody else noticed a similar problem? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Do you know if it's the phone or the voice-mail? You should be able to access your voice-mail from a work or other land line and compare.

Good question. It didn't occur to me to test it using something other than my cell phone. I'll need some sort of PIN to access it but I'll definitely give it a try and report back. Thanks for your help!

Quick update. Disabling AT&T's pre-installed Visual Voice Mail and letting it go to the regular voice mail fixed the problem for me. So basically there is no problem. It's their Visual Voice Mail audio playback problem. Thanks again for your suggestion.
