Cracked screen, Moto Maker replacement?

This morning I dropped my phone, and the screen pretty much shattered.
I have insurance, I was wondering if I could somehow pay the fee at Verizon and get a custom replacement using Moto Maker.

Anyone try this?

I'm guessing the only way to get one through motomaker is if you got the phone through moto maker and paid for the moto insurance.

I don't see why you couldn't pay the fee to Verizon and have them send you a Motomaker card?
