My daughter bought a Moto X generation 2 from her friend.
While doing a factory reset on the phone, I then had to register the phone. While doing all that it came across "Verify your account." Because the device was reset, they want me to sign in with a google account that was previously synced on the device. My daughter asked her friend who doesn't know it because her ex-boyfriend gave her the phone. He refused to give her the account linked with this phone. So am I stuck with a brick or is there a way to bypass that so I can turn on my daughters phone.
