Why do I only hear audio through one earphone on my Moto X?

Moto X Audio Problem

I've recently got the Moto X and out of nowhere, I can only hear audio through one ear when having headphones plugged in. I've used compressed air and blew it in there and I've tested both headphones that I used on the phone on my laptop and they work perfectly. I probably have to send it in for warranty. I can't find the repair request form for Canada and when I do the request online it says "The IMEI is from a different country so you can't get it fixed in the United States." or something along those lines. Can anyone tell me how long repair takes and/or give me the link to repair request for Canadians. Thanks in advance!

Try calling them: https://motorola-global-portal-en-c...sion/L3RpbWUvMTQyNjczNDQzOC9zaWQvMVZEcS1GaG0=. The URL implies it's for Canada, but the phone numbers look like US toll-free numbers. Can those also be Canadian?

Yes we have toll free numbers in Canada.

Sorry, what I meant was, are those toll-free prefixes also valid in Canada?

Yea. We use 800, 888, 866. Pretty much all of the 800 series.
