Dumb Friend

Okay so I own a motorola Devour, and I have a very dumb friend. He decided he's going to try to hack my pattern unlock code and ended up locking me out of my own phone. He attempted the pattern code so many times that its now telling me that in order to unlock my phone I need to login to my motorola blur account. Apparently verizon was doing some big upgrade for moto blur and told me approximately 6 hours ago that in 1 hour their system will be back up and running and ill be able to login. Well I still cant login, however I can login online onto my blur account. Does anyone know what I can do to get my phone working again? Thanks for your help
