Issue with wifes 2 and answer phone

often times when she swipes to answer the phone it will not swipe over. Anyone hear of this, know solution?

I've never had this happen to my wife's or my D2. Is everything on it stock? Sounds like something is bogging the phone down. If she is running a task killer? If so, I would start by removing that. I would also check in settings>applications>app manager, go to running and sort by size. See if there are any apps that are taking up more memory that is usual.

never heard of this problem. Is it totally unresponsive? or is it just laggy? Motorolas Froyo (2.2) MotoBlur skin is very laggy in terms of scroll/sliding. They fixed it in Gingerbread (2.3) through.
