So, I want to start going further with tailoring my phones look to..well...me. And first on the list is making some wallpapers. I found this guide here which says that like the original Droid A "full" wallpaper is 960 x 854 pixles, in order to allow for proper sliding. I know the resolution of the screens on the Droid and Droid X are indentical, but The original Droid allowed 5 home screens while the X ships with 7 (yes, yes, with new launchers both can do 7). So first, is that resolution correct for a wallpaper for the X, and second...out of curiosity, how does that work? Does the wallpaper just slide a smaller fraction of the wallpaper with each screen swipe so that it moves the same amount whether it's gone 5 screens (stock Droid) or 7 (Stock X or either with launchers)?
Thanks!
