Best Buy or Walmart?

Do either one of these honor the new every 2? I've heard conflicting stories.

I know that wal-mart definitely does not honor the NE2. I tried going there cuz they had 1 DX left in stock and when I went to pick it up, they were only offering the price for a new 2yr contract ($199.99) and not the NE2. I had to walk out empty handed. Not sure about best buy though. I went through VZW's website to order mine online on release though since I also get a discount through my work.

I heard the Costco ones were actual Verizon kiosks and not a store run mobile business. So you should get similar deals and support as you would a Verizon store.
