Newbie, please help with a decision on a new phone!

Hi, I am totally new the forums. So, please bear with me. Ok, so I am coming over from my very sluggish and slow blackberry storm 1. I have been counting down to android for the past 6 months and I am totally excited!!! But I am faced with what seems like the hardest desicion of my life... do I want a Droid x... or a Droid 2 global... I am not a fan of my surepress touchscreen only because it lags alot. I am afraid that if I buy another touchscreen phone,it will only cause me problems. So, I guess I am looking for some Android fans' opinions on the two phones.
Here is part of the reason why I chose the two phones:
Droid 2 Global:
Has a physical keyboard.
Is smaller... but not too small
It can go global
The 1.2 GHz processor

Droid x:
The super awesome touchscreen
The 16 gb memory card
The sweet camera
HDMI output!!!
The size of the phone

Thank you all so much for the help! I have been stuggling to decide for the past month... many lost nights of sleep over this. And it seems like anytime I decide on a phone, the other one only attracts me more.
I guess I just don't want to end up with a phone like my storm... I hate it so much, I almost threw it as far as I could a couple times. lol It is just my touchscreen only phone... hence the though desicion.
