Problem with photos in the gallery

Hey guys. My girlfriend and I both have moto droids and are having the same problem. When we take pics and save them, they almost always don't show up in the gallery until we restart our phones. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

you arent the only one. apparent glitch in the 2.1 gallery from what i have read so far

The Android 2.1 Gallery is a bit funky. It happens to work on mine, but not all the time. A nice reboot of the device generally works well, but can be a bit of a pain at times.

Ya, other than crossing my fingers a reboot is the only thing that has been working for me. Any idea if/ when we might see a fix for that?

Yea this is a major issue in 2.1. Noticed this problem the first day. I dont like the gallery all that much anyway. I feel like it kind of doesnt match with the other apps.

App Killer closes the gallery, rather then having it idle in the back ground. Pics appear when I kill the gallery. I've not had to reboot the phone.
