VM Updates?

So with all the issues that people have reported with this phone, do you think that VM or Moto is likely to release any updates to fix them? Its my opinion that all of the problems are software related and have very little to do with the phone itself.

Maybe,maybe not, if its widespread enough and you guys complain to them in droves they may push out an update out faster. But if its related to only a few phones then you can expect them to drag their feet. It took them a while to push an update out to the OV. Far as Moto is concerned they will say it is up to the carrier to fix and push out the updates, the hardware is Moto's the ROM is Virgins so its up to them to fix the problems software wise.

Mine seems like the touch screen stops working sometimes.

That doesn't really happen to me...its more just the fact that the screen will tweak out here and there and get jumpy or washed out white. Hopefully when we get some custom roms and a safe method for rooting there will be a fix for this.
