Touchscreen trouble -can't hold on unlock and homescreen

Anyone else? The only way to unlock with a pattern is if I do it really fast, otherwise it registers my hold as a single touch. I can't move icons at all. But everything else works fine. I can open up a drawing app and make long lines with no trouble at all. I'm guessing the problem is with ICS itself.

...uh, so restarting it fixed it :-[

I don't understand why it happened in the first place, for a second I thought my touch censor was screwed.

My new problem though: Google Music is not playing anything off my SD card, ugh. I don't understand what is even going on. I might just end up factory resetting this weekend. Man, on a side note, I tried winamp and poweramp...what awful programs. I vastly prefer google music, hopefully a restart fixes the issue, my SD card worked perfectly fine prior to the update.

Even though you've already fixed the issue, I've found that sometimes, if you wipe the screen down, it'll fix the issue. Happens to me, and Im assuming whatever is on the screen is triggering tthe screen's touch receptors.
