I was hoping that ZXing Barcode Scanner choppiness could somehow get fixed though. The program wasn't choppy on alpha10, but it wouldn't scan anything. Now it's choppy, but it will scan stuff.

Noticed News and Weather Widget is now missing from Beta1Pre2
I used the Weather widget on my main screen for easy access...

Also noticed the Play Store shortcut is missing from the apps drawer... another useful shortcut that free'd up space on my homescreen because I could access it this way.

Ya, it was missing for me to; then I realized I forgot to install gapps, and now it's all back.

Soon as i hit send i was like.. wait a minute I'm missing the store entirely.
I knew i had to reinstall it for nightly, but i forgot to reinstall it again for beta1pre2
Silly mistakes on my behalf, coming from IHO I'm still used to it carrying over.

Hmm same here, so far so good, but I haven't had much luck with the previous versions of quattrimus. Maybe this betapre2 fixed my problem

V users, does press and hold voice dial button bring up recent apps list? That works on my S and might be another thekraven carry over from cai.

Gah, MMS is killing me. Quoting from the beta1pre2 build.prop:

And known fix for MMS? I DONT want Go SMS.

TDM - Square Card Reader... Its that mini credit card reader that plugs into the mic jack on the phone. Uses app from market. It worked great in previous versions of quattrimus. I believe, if I remember correctly, that in terms of CM9 it stopped working from Alpha 10pre3 on.

Hmm... well, it would be most interesting to know exactly when it broke. If a10final worked, then the break was when I integrated thekraven's code. Otherwise, I'd have to do some digging to see what I changed .. if I can even find that information anymore. (yeah I need to tag releases, I'll try to remember that once we hit beta).

Credit card reader sounds like a daily thing, and this rom is still getting builded, in a way.

IMO, if that's the case, this isn't meant for daily if you have to use something thats broken
