When you try, deleted all music ringtones, notifications, and alarms. I recommend putting those on the SD card.

Remember. Do not deleted the media folder. Go in the media folder and delete audio. Keep the end files in there.

You can flash the miui v4 ROM for the optimus S and it works fine. I tried it for a bit and there were no bugs or force closes that I know of.

Do you use V's CoT or S's CoT?

S's CoT installs faster, but some V zips are incompatible.

V's CoT installs slower and Some S zips are incompatible.

I use the V's CoT but I normally don't flash S ROMs so it is never an issue
