Q) Help with ICS Roms please

I've been trying to flash a Sense 4.0 ROM on my Rezound. This is the specific one: [Rom] Newts OnE XxX RLS 3 (Sense 4 ICS 4.0.3) 6/14/2012

I love this ROM, it's simple and stock. No matter what I do however, I can't get music to play or ringtone volume to go up or make one call without a reboot. I am S-Off and unlocked. Is there anything I have to download like a firmware or a radio to get it working? Please Supply links to the latest firmware if that's needed. Thank you very much.

Are you in gingerbread firmware? If you are then did you flash the gb firmware patch?

If you're S-Off(Please be sure that you're S-Off. If you didn't do the wire trick...you're not), you should be flashing the ICS RUU first(if you haven't already) and then flash the ROM.

I believe an S-Off phone can flash the RUU's in recovery.

I have done some quick searching on this and have not found an answer. I am not sure you can because the ruu would rewrite recovery would it not? You can just flash the firmware I know.
