I'm surprised that there is no topic (forum) here or really anywhere on the interwebs that has a continued conversation about the Huawei Mate 8.
So as you can read here: http://www.androidcentral.com/huawei-mate-8-poised-november-26-launch it seems the phone will be launched on the 26th of this month. Is no one talking about it because we don't know if it will come / work state side?

I'm honestly excited for this phone. The Nexus 6P, LG V10, and the Samsung Note 5 where all so close to what I wanted, but all missed some feature I feel was important to me or has been receiving negative reviews (COUGH **V10** COUGH).
I did not think in 2015 it would be so hard to find a phone with either a SD card slot or at least come with 128GB on board storage. The Nexus 6P had this down, but then eliminated HDMI out through USB which is important for me at work (yes I'm looking into chrome cast).
So here's hoping these specs are true (or close to it) and we have another competitor at the top of the phone market.
