So I wasn't paying attention on my Samsung Galaxy J7 and was going to text my bank to receive a balance of my bank account. My phone recently got a new phone so I wasn't getting the notifications. Well when I tried to send the text to the xxx-xx number. My phone warned me if I wanted to do it because fees may apply. Instead of clicking 'allow' I clicked 'do not allow' and now none of my messages will send to that number. Is there a way I can reset this setting? I poked around in messaging settings and also reset my messaging to default but no luck. I have even googled how to and nothing works.
