How do I transfer apps from my Samsung galaxy J5 to my SD card please?

I have no idea how to transfer my photos onto my sd card my memory is just about full, I have tried to go online to see but nothing helps I feel so silly thanks

For photos, just go to your Gallery, select the pictures you want to move from Internal memory to SD card and from the menu select MOVE. You can do the same with the File Manager app on your phone or by connecting the phone to a computer via USB.

Sometimes a bulk MOVE of data from the internal storage to the external SD card can go wrong on Android.
Give this method a try.

Using your favorite file browser app:
Create a new folder on the SD card to hold your files (same name as the internal folder is good.)
COPY the files from the old folder to new location.
Verify that the files were copied.
Reboot the phone to flush the file buffers and kick-start the indexing service.
Verify that the files are still on the SD card.
Delete the original files from the internal storage.

Repeat as needed.
