Newbie questions!

Hi,
Just got an SG Note 10.1 2014.
1. Is there a newbie cheat sheet?
2. Is there a way to switch between the running apps?
3. How do I interact / switch to the apps shown on the top left? I tried clicking on them / swiping them but that did not do it.

Hi and welcome to AC sadly I dont have a 10.1 tab so I dont have much knowledge of it, but have you tried 'Googling' your questions?

Regarding your first point, I hope this Youtube video helps: Galaxy Note 10.1 - Tips and tricks - YouTube
Regarding your second point, can you not double tap the home button and it will display a list of running apps to switch between and or close? if it's not a double tap then just press and hold the home button (I can't remember which one it is)
Regarding your third point, is this the multitask bar on the left hand side of the screen your talking about?

3. Drag the icon from sidebar and drop to part of screen where you want it.
