Hi, I have just bought a new Samsung note 10 plus device, 5 days back.

I'm getting a battery life of 13 -14 hours (i.e. charging at 8am to 100% and battery dropping to 15% by 9pm ) with around 4 hrs of SOT. This is with moderate to heavy usage. Bluetooth occasionally on, location occasionally on, AoD switched to tap to display. Screen resolution switched to FHD+ .

Please tell me if it's normal?

Welcome to Android Central! Your cell signal seems relatively poor. This can drain battery, even if you have wi-fi on. As a test, try turning on Airplane Mode, then turning wi-fi back on, and use the phone for the better part of the day on wi-fi only. (I think you can still use wi-fi calling with cell radio turned off.) Does the battery drain persist?

You could try for a day or two one sim card see how it is , but the international version chips on this phone have poor battery life

Can be better , also it will need about 7 to 15 days learn your usage pattern to adjust

Ok ok, got it. But i will try switching it to one sim or may be put my sims in another phone and use this one with wifi only to see the battery since the drain could be because of the phone signal being poor

It only used 27% in 10 hours because for 8 hours the phone was idle since it was night time.

In general, it's more helpful to see the battery stats after the battery has gone from 100% down to about 20%, to get a better idea of what's using battery over a longer stretch of time. We still haven't ruled out poor cell signal as a cause.

Ok got it. Like you suggested , I'm using the phone only on WiFi and put the sims in another phone. Will update the screenshot at 20% of Gsam like you have suggested.

Hi there. Your usage is similar to my international S10+ with dual sim. These exynos chips are not very good for battery life and I think you are having the same issue as me. It may get better as your usage is learned by the phone but my settings are the same as your and your battery life is similar. The US versions are so much better on battery life.
