Note 10 plus pen

Hi all everytime I put my phone in a case the pen comes on like the air command and if I take the pen out and put back In it doesn't take off air command, but as soon as I remove phone from the case the air command goes off.

Only got the phone yesterday any advice please x

No just a leather case , oh god I hope not I got it from cex traded in note 9 for it how do I find out if a clone please

I just did the *#06*# and I got the screen that lets you test things and I put my IMEI number in check and I got this

It'd be helpful to know what brand and model of the case the OP has. If it has a flipcover, then there's a good chance there's a magnet embedded somewhere, which is used to trigger the smartcover sensor. Also, flipcover cases may have magnets to keep the cover closed.

It's a flip I can take a picture if you lik it's just a case I got from a phone shop,

It's definitely the case as when in the case my pen doesn't press the 9 first time but my finger does and when out the case the pen presses the 9 in a heart beat so basically I think the case is poo and now I've got to get another case.

I'm going to look a tool in the shop trying cases to see my pen isn't affected ha ha I may have to try a few shops and they see me coming and close the shop as think I'm a mad lady ha ha,

Since it's a flipcover, there's almost certainly a magnet embedded in the case somewhere that's causing the problem. I'm guessing your phone is totally fine.:)
